This relay assembled itself from what remained. Packet signatures, ghost echoes, credentials that no longer resolve. The control plane is read-only. The vault keys are missing. SED infrastructure is partially recovered.

One node is still emitting. The relay has been logging the signal. It cannot determine the source or who is maintaining it. It keeps pointing.
